A Le Génie de la Bastille és a MAMŰ Társaság  művészeti csereprogramjának
részeként kerül megrendezésre a „Hét francia művész Budapesten” című
kiállítás 2023. március 31. és április 14. között.



A Párizsban működő Le Génie de la Bastille egyesület 1984-es megalakulása
óta népszerűsíti és őrzi a kortárs képzőművészet értékeit. Az egyesület 21.
alkalommal vesz részt művészeti csereprogramban és mutatja be most
művészeinek munkáit a budapesti MAMŰ Galériában.



A Le Génie az 1988-as „Portes Ouvertes à l’Europe” című program elindítása
óta foglalkozik nemzetközi csereprogramok megvalósításával, lehetőséget
adva ezáltal a kultúrák közötti párbeszédre és művészeti találkozókra. A
francia és a magyar művésztársaság között fellobbant, új eszmecserének
köszönhetően a kimeríthetetlenül inspiráló dialógus és a kollaboráció
folytatódik.



A MAMŰ és a Le Génie de la Bastille hiper-individualista korszakunk
atipikus példái, melyek nem engedik homályba veszni a határokon is átívelő
együttműködés fontosságát, új projektek kidolgozását, új távlatok
megnyitását, művészeti mobilitás programok, cserekiállítások lebonyolítását.



A jelenlegi tárlat a két kollektíva között létrejött diskurzus második
részét képezi, melyet 2022 októberében a MAMŰ művészeinek a Galerie du
Génie de la Bastille-ban bemutatott kiállítása előzött meg.

Du 31 mars au 14 avril 2023, la MAMŰ Gallery accueille l’exposition « Sept
artistes français à Budapest » dans le cadre d’un échange artistique entre
le Génie de la Bastille et la MAMŰ Society.



Pour ce 21ème échange international, Le Génie de la Bastille, association
pour la diffusion et la défense de l’art contemporain, créée en 1984 et
basée à Paris, présente les œuvres de ses artistes au sein de la MAMŰ
Gallery de Budapest.



Depuis 1988 avec les « Portes Ouvertes à l’Europe », Le Génie développe des
échanges internationaux afin de conjuguer dialogue interculturel et plaisir
des rencontres. Les artistes du Génie de la Bastille poursuivent cette
dynamique stimulant le dialogue et la collaboration, grâce à ce nouvel
échange avec les artistes de la MAMŰ Society.



À l’ère de l’hyper-individualisme, MAMŰ et le Génie de la Bastille sont des
exemples atypiques rappelant l’importance de collaborer par-delà les
frontières, pour échafauder de nouveaux projets, ouvrir de nouvelles
perspectives : mobilité des artistes, échange d’œuvres, expositions.



L’exposition à la MAMŰ Gallery est la deuxième partie de cet échange
international organisé entre les deux collectifs, suite à l’exposition des
artistes hongrois présentée à la Galerie du Génie de la Bastille en octobre
2022.

>From March 31 to April 14, 2023, MAMŰ Gallery hosts the exhibition "Seven
french artists in Budapest”, an artistic exchange between Le Génie de la
Bastille and MAMŰ Society.



For this 21st international exchange, Le Génie de la Bastille, an
association for the promotion and defense of contemporary art, created in
1984 and based in Paris, presents the works of its artists at the MAMŰ
Gallery in Budapest.



Since 1988 with the "Open Doors to Europe", Le Génie has been developing
international exchanges to combine intercultural dialogue and artistic
encounters. Le Génie de la Bastille continues this dynamic stimulating
dialogue and collaboration, by setting up this new project with the artists
of the MAMŰ Society.



In the era of hyper-individualism, MAMŰ and Le Génie de la Bastille are
atypical examples that remind us of the importance of collaborating across
borders, to elaborate new projects, to open new perspectives: mobility of
artists, exchange of works, exhibitions.



The exhibition at MAMŰ Gallery is the second part of this international
exchange organized between the two collectives, following the exhibition of
MAMŰ artists presented at the Galerie du Génie de la Bastille in October
2022.//
