Disease of the Third Power
a film by Zuzana Piussi
2011, 52'
A political documentary about black holes in the
Slovak judiciary system and about the state of
law in Slovakia. The film from the backstage of
the Slovak judiciary system also stands as an
essay about a very peculiar form of power that
effaces itself in order to adopt a new name later
- justice.

1992, Zuzana Piussi works as stage and costume
designer for, amongst others, the Stoka theater

2000 she founded the Free Association for
contemporary opera, together with L. Burgr. She
wrote the libretti for the operas John King
