Attelier for the fine-artists Lőrinc
Borsos<http://www.borsoslorinc.blogspot.com>and Gábor
Szenteleki <http://www.szenteleki.hu>, for at least
a year, in exchange of HuFt 40 000, which amount includes the utility fees
and all other related expenses also

Minimum 30 m2 well lit floorspace
Appropriate heating, plumbing, tapwater on the premises
Adjoining storage space
Location in downtown Budapest
