Dear Film Professionals, Students and Colleagues,

The 7th IN THE PALACE International Short Film Festival, Balchik, Bulgaria,screams for your films!

The deadline for submission of international films is April 15,2009.

And for Bulgarian productions [UTF-8?]â&#65533;&#65533; May 15, 2009.

Entries postmarked past those dates will not be considered forselection.

If selected, your film can take part in the following competitions,awarded by an International Jury:

MAIN COMPETITION

TELEVISION FILMCOMPETITION

COMMERCIAL VIDEO & FILM COMPETITION

MUSIC VIDEOCOMPETITION

IN BETWEEN COMPETITION

STUDENT FILMCOMPETITION

 

We accept individual and institutional entries.

The festival is open to professionals and students.

There are six competitive programmes; workshops; seminars; masterclasses; market.

There is NO ENTRY FEE.

In order to apply, please, read the attached 2009 FestivalRegulations, fill out and send the Entry Form by email, by clicking the 'Submitbutton' on the form, and send us your film for preview by regular post.
