We are seeking short videos and stories of you and your exploits in
changing the world.
What?
The Laboratory of Insurrectionary Imagination (lab of ii) are
creating a new DVD of short videos and story documentation.
We are seeking video documentation or stories of creative actions,
interventions, tactical media, pranks and other activities that fall
outside of and in between the spaces of culture and politics, resistance
and creativity.
The DVD will be a tool for shattering illusion and inspiring grassroots
cultural and political change. It will be part of a tool box that the lab
of ii use for their up and coming tour of the UK leading up to the G8
summit, and will also be available further a field as the lab of ii
travels across Europe.
The DVD will be available through the lab tour and through numerous
bookshops, social centres and other key national outlets. Any money made
from the sale will be put towards the costs of the Lab tour. There will
be no fees for your submission.
Who?
The Laboratory of Insurrectionary Imagination (lab of ii) is a new
network of socially engaged artists and activists whose work falls in
between resistance and creativity, culture and politics, art and life.
