***in attempt to improve the situation, we have decided to proclaim
***public search for quality work from known and unknown
***parts of kosmos.

***in regards to that, we are inviting all interested groups and
***individuals to contact as and send their work in one of the
***ways described below until the end of year 2004.

***interesting works and authors will be contacted and invited
***on one of our future events, of which first is planned
***for january 2005.

     ***the URL location(s) where we can download your work.

  2. FTP
    ***nomad at kosmoplovci.net and we will give you
     ***details about ftp server location and access.

  3. EMAIL
     ***only announced and approved attachments will be treated.
     ***each unannounced email will be discarded.
     ***nomad at kosmoplovci.net for details.

  4. NORMAL MAIL

     ***IMPORTANT!
     ***label the package with following text:
     ***FOR FESTIVAL PURPOSE ONLY, NO COMMERCIAL VALUE.
     ***if you do not do that, the postoffice may want us to pay toll,
     ***which we absolutelly will not.
