CALL FOR FILM/VIDEO ENTRIES

Deadline:  July 31, 2004

M O N U M E N T      R E C A L L

A screening of film and video work scheduled for Oct-Nov, 2004,
curated by Microcinema International and SF Camerawork

Monument Recall is an exhibition of work by artists who are
challenging ideas of 'monument.'
Through media, visual and audio design, subject matter, and concept,
the works in this exhibition reframe and challenge conventions and
traditions of public monuments in public spaces.
Short films, videos, and digital works, no longer than 15 minutes in
length will be considered, and should be postmarked by July 31, 2004.

Materials for review:
Send clearly-labeled DVD or VHS (NTSC or PAL), or Mini-DV (NTSC
only!), synopsis and Artist Statement. Submissions will not be
returned.
