EVOLUTION 2001
A STRAND OF THE 15th LEEDS INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL
Following the success of its public video projection last year Lumen is
looking for short films for a public projection during this years Leeds 
International
Film Festival.
Films should be under or around 3 minutes.
Lumen is also looking for ultra short films that will be screened within a
department store and viewed on a short escalator ride. Films should be no 
longer than 20
seconds.
Films can be non-narrative, flash animation, dance/performance, experimental,
micro-narrative, with/without audio, edits/rushes or title sequences
providing they can be presented with a digital projector.
Chosen works will be screened throughout the 2 week festival. All artists
and filmmakers will be credited in the widely distributed Evolution 
programme guide.
There are no application forms and all films will be returned upon request.
Formats : Beta SP, mini DV/DV CAM, SVHS, DVD
