<div>2042 - All governments around the world have adopted a strict
digital citizenship policy that for some years now closely monitors
all people. The necessary systems are provided by a few big tech
companies that are intertwined with the political sphere and its
legislative apparatus. "There is no other way!", the
governments say. Global challenges like the climate crisis or the
pandemic made it necessary to efficiently manage people through a
tight net of digital services that collects all their private data.
But there are some who don't believe their argument. A radical
democratic tech activist movement operates offline, low-tech, open
source, in parallel internets and Tor 4.0 server networks as a
Solarpunk subculture.</div>
