Today we release<b> RIBAB JAM</b>, a new track from our project<b>
Orchestra of Samples</b>! Perfect hot weather sounds featuring a
one-stringed ribab recorded in the Moroccan desert and calypso guitar
from Colombia's Caribbean coast.<br>

<div align="center">Taking you on a musical journey without borders,
our new single<b> RIBAB JAM</b> shines a light on the lesser-known
ribab, a single stringed and often bejewelled instrument of
Morocco's Amazigh (or 'Berber') culture, that we filmed in the
Moroccan desert, interwoven with African kalimba, Dominican
percussion, Indian vocals and even a monk's bell from Bhutan!<br>

The making of<b> RIBAB JAM</b> is a microcosm of our journey, creating
new music by sampling recordings of hundreds of musicians we filmed
around the world over the last decade, improvising on all manner of
instruments, from traditional and rare to newly invented.<br>
<br>
<b>THURSDAY 17 JUNE / 7pm</b>: we host an<b> online Q&A</b> giving
an insight into the making of<b> Orchestra of Samples</b>,
particularly how we created our latest track<b> RIBAB JAM</b>. Some of
the musicians featured in the new release will also join the
discussion from<b> Morocco</b>,<b> Colombia</b>,<b> France</b> and<b>
UK</b>.<br>
<br>
<b>THURSDAY 24 JUNE / 6:30pm</b>: we give an<b> online workshop
remixing RIBAB JAM</b> using free music app<b> GarageBand</b>, where
participants can download<b> free samples</b> and create their own
remix.<br>
