A teremtés és pusztítás egysége egyszerre hordozza magában a pozitív és a
negatív jövő lehetőségét. Ez a sokszor láthatatlan mechanizmus az élet
szinte minden területén munkálkodik; van, ahol látványosabban és van, ahol
kevésbé. Hívhatjuk ezt az élet körforgásának, hiszen a teremtéshez
elengedhetetlen a pusztulás, és ezt sugallja a „kreatív rombolás”
koncepciója is, miszerint valamit meg kell változtatni addigi minőségében
ahhoz, hogy valami új fejlődhessen ki belőle.



Az elmúlt időben a jövővel kapcsolatos víziók egyik központi eleme a
válság, a pusztulás. A sötét jövő jóslata mellett nehéz hinni bármilyen
pozitív kimenetelben, és úgy tűnik, hogy a termékeny jövő gondolata
eltávolodik a társadalmi működés mai formájától, hiszen a destrukció
folyamatában létezünk. Azonban hiba lenne szemet hunyni az ebben rejlő
lehetőségek felett. Egyik lehetőség, hogy az első lépést egyénileg tesszük
meg, belső tájunk rendezésével. A végső cél eléréséhez azonban újra kell
konstruálunk lépésről, lépésre a környezetünkkel kialakított viszonyunkat,
hogy csökkentsük a valóság és a vágyott állapot közötti távolságot.



Cservenka Edit, Nyíri Orsolya és Zuzana Zurbolová a kiállításon megjelenő
alkotásai nem megoldást kínálnak a ma égető kérdéseire, hanem egyfajta
tükröt tartanak elénk, hogy kiindulópontot nyújtsanak számunkra a bennünk
lecsapódó érzelmek, gondolatok felmérésére, vizsgálatára. Bevezetnek minket
abba a belső világba, ahol egymás mellett él a részekre bontás, a
destrukció és az újjáépítés, vagyis a teremtés aktusa, amely a fejlődés
lehetőségét hordozza magában.

The unity of creation and destruction carries with it the possibility of a
positive and a negative future at the same time. This often invisible
mechanism works in almost every area of life; somewhere it is more
spectacular and somewhere it is less spectacular. We can call this the
cycle of life, since destruction is essential to creation, and this is also
suggested by the concept of “creative destruction,” according to which
something must be changed in its former quality in order for something new
is developed from it.



Recently, one of the central elements of visions for the future is crisis,
destruction. With the prediction of a dark future is hard to believe in any
positive outcome, and the idea of a fertile future seems to be moving away
from today’s type of social functioning as we exist in the process of
destruction. However, it would be a mistake to turn a blind eye to the
potential of this. One way is to take the first step individually,
arranging our interior landscape. However, to achieve the ultimate goal, we
need to re-construct our relationship with our environment step by step to
reduce the distance between reality and the desired state.



The works of Cservenka, Nyíri and Zurbolová displaying in the exhibition do
not offer a solution to today's burning questions, but they provide us a
kind of mirror as a starting point for surveying and examining the emotions
and thoughts that lurk in us. We are introduced to the inner world where
the act of fragmentation, destruction, and reconstruction coexists, that
is, the act of creation that carries with it the potential for development.
