A január 24-én nyíló EMBER/KÉP c. kiállítás egyik érdekessége, hogy nem
összeszokott, közösen alkotó csoportról van szó, hanem a művészek egy-egy
közös alkotói attitűd révén kapcsolódnak egymáshoz, meghívásos alapon
kerültek a válogatásba.

Közös bennük, hogy nagyon erős, önálló festészeti gesztusrendszereket
építettek fel, amik mégis gyakran emberi alakok, portrék szubjektív
szimbolikáját tárják fel.

Együtt élnek vizuális jelrendszereikkel, mintha minden gondolatukat is
átjárnák ezek a festékrétegek, de amik a mindennapok emberi
kapcsolatrendszerei nyomán szimbólumokkal, külső nyelvi tartalmakkal
egészülnek ki. A képzőművészek egyedi gondolkodásának, ha tetszik inverz
valóságának bemutatása ez. Levetkőzik a véleményformálás szerepkörét,
megmutatják, milyen, amikor a festészet építi fel az embert, de közben nem
maradhat független attól a kollektív tudathalmaztól, ami az alkotóra minden
pillanatban hatással van. Hogy melyikük, mennyit enged be, hogyan rejt el
művein a beszűrődő ingerekből, változatosan izgalmassá teszi a kiállítást.

One of the interests of this coming up exhibition titled HUMAN/IMAGE  is
that the exhibitors are not an official group working together, they were
invited on their base artistic attitude. They share a strong, indepedent
picturesque, from which sometimes subjective portraits or figures of man
forms out with their own individual gesture system.

They live along with their visual symbols like if these layers of colour
would always be on their mind. But they also integrate the language built
from the contact with everyday life. This a show of their own thinking - or
you can call it: inverse reality.

Undressed from thier right to judge, they show how it is when the painting
forms the man. Of course they cannot be independent from the collective web
of minds, which effects the artist everytime. How much of these effects
appear or stay hidden on these canvases makes the exhibition quite
attractive.
