[artinfo] Open Call: CYNETART Competition 2014

Trans-Media-Akademie Hellerau (DE) announces CYNETART Competition 2014.

Young media artists, artist collectives, creatives and scientists 
working in the field of new media are invited to hand in their 
projects.

The CYNETART Competition is held every two years and comprises the 
Grant and the Artist-in-Residence Grant from the Saxon State Minister 
for Higher Education, Research and the Arts, the CYNETART Award in 
cooperation with HELLERAU - European Centre for the Arts and the 
CYNETART ARTE Creative Commission. With a total value of about 
30,000EUR the CYNETART Competition is considered as one of Europe's 
most prestigious awards in the field of media art.

The winning projects will be presented within "CYNETART - 18th 
international festival for computer based art and transdisciplinary 
media projects" taking place from 13th to 19th November 2014 at 
Festspielhaus Hellerau in Dresden,
Germany.
