If you are interested to shoot short films in Tallinn and experience
experimental
version of collaborative cinematic improvisation event called Kino Kabaret
participate in Done Kino on 9 -15 August 2013 at Tallinn’s Ptarmigan
project space (http://ptarmigan.ee/)

Kino Kabaret events (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kino_(movement)) have
character of temporary film labs taking place all around the world where
directors, actors, musicians and other cinematic artisans of various
experiences, nationalities, ages, etc. gather for several days divided into
sessions of various amount and length to create short low-budget films in
improvisational manner. Usually each session contains three main parts: a
production meeting; shooting and editing; screening of films made during a
session.

Done Kino is an experimental version of Kino Kabaret where outdated raw
video footage submitted both by participants and whomever eager to do so is
shared and treated as an another tool for collaborative moviemaking. Done
Kino's unique nature is additionally emphasized by the fact that there are
no breaks between 3 x 33 hours filmmaking sessions.

Deadline for registration or submission of the raw footage is 29 July 2013
or until the capacity of the workshop is full (max. 20 attendees and
unlimited number of raw footage donators). Accepted participants will be
informed on an ongoing basis.
