Programme:
Cittadellarte-Fondazione Pistoletto, a non-profit organisation 
founded in 1998 in Biella (Italy), is glad to present a new edition 
of UNIDEE in Residence International Programme.
The project, which runs since 2000, focuses on the analysis of the 
relationship between art and society and investigates methodologies 
of creative interventions able to activate projects for a responsible 
social transformation.
The aim of UNIDEE in Residence is to bring together committed 
visual/video animators, artists, photographers, architects from all 
over the world for four months; their interaction and collaboration 
will result in a series of projects claiming for a socially 
responsible change in society.
During the programme, residents will develop their projects, live and 
work together, exchange ideas, attend lectures and project 
presentations. Moreover, Cittadellarte will arrange opportunities to 
meet and collaborate with experts as well as local partners, such as 
companies, schools, institutions and councils.
At the end of UNIDEE in Residence, Cittadellarte-Fondazione 
Pistoletto will set up an open space, where the projects will be 
presented to the public.

Dates: 4 months (from 12th June to 12th October 2013)

Accommodation and working spaces: Cittadellarte-Fondazione 
Pistoletto, Biella, Italy

Eligibility:
Age: between 25 and 40
Education: degree at university level or in the process of graduating
Language: good proficiency in English required

Material to be submitted:
- A completed and signed application form
- Curriculum vitae
- A letter of personal motivation
- A letter of recommendation
- A proposed project that you intend to develop during the months of 
the residency
- Documentation of previous works

While applying, bear in mind each institution has slightly different 
requirements for applicants. Please visit the 'UNIDEE full financial 
support 2013' section for any further information. For those 
interested in the partial grant, please remember that you have to 
search for your own financial support from a third party to cover the 
cost of the programme.
