ArtsLink Awards 2010: Grant Opportunitiesfor Artists and Arts Managers from Eastern and Central Europe, Russia, Central Asia and the Caucasus

Residencies
Postmark Deadline: December 1, 2009
Structured residencies for arts professionals in visual and media arts. The five-week residencies will take place in fall 2010. ArtsLink places Fellows at established US non-profit arts organizations and covers associated living, working, travel, and health insurance costs. Applicants do not need to have any contacts with organizations in the US to apply for this program. Working knowledge of English is required. Since 1993, 419 Fellows have participated in Residencies at 218 US arts organizations throughout the US. For literature and performing arts the deadline is December 1, 2010 for residencies that will take place in fall 2011.

Independent Projects
Postmark Deadline: December 1, 2009
Project grants in all disciplines enable artists and arts managers to carry out self-directed projects in the US.  Applicants must have a letter of invitation from a non-profit organization or individual in the US to enter this competition. Since 1999 ArtsLink has supported 70 Independent Projects.

ArtsLink Awards support arts exchanges between the US and the following countries: Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Mongolia, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan.
