Open call to submit project proposals for the Israeli Center for Digital Art.

>From May - August, 2009 the Israeli Centre for Digital Art will open
its galleries for collaborating artist groups (including groups
working together for the first time).

There are no restrictions on medium or age. Several exhibition spaces
will be dedicated to present these projects.

The guiding principle of this project is artistic collaboration and
the wish to make the gallery spaces open to the public throughout the
work process. Thus visitors to the Digital Art Lab may witness work in
progress and even play a role in the creative process, and the artists
have the opportunity to work in an open environment, a platform that
encourages give-and-take with the audience before achieving the end
result.

There are no restrictions on chosen subject matter, area, medium or
work methods involved. This includes the preparations for the joint
exhibition, use of the galleries for meetings or lectures, use of the
space for collaborative work, joint project development.
Participating artists may use the technical equipment available at the
Digital Art Lab but the Centre will not finance the production or
additional costs of the project.

Proposals must be submitted to the Israeli Centre for Digital Art
(info at digitalartlab.org.il ) in PDF form by April 10th 2009
