We're looking to recruit a research associate for the final
phase (8 months) of a European software development project, and to
explore avenues for continued collaboration beyond that period via other
bids and projects in the pipeline at present. Please pass on to anyone
who may be interested. Formal text below:

Newcastle University's Culture Lab is looking to extend its
existing Research staff by taking on a Research Assistant / Research
Associate to work on its 6th Framework European Project INSCAPE
(http://inscapers.com/). The project focus is on the development of a
tool for interactive story telling for creative people, and candidates

and tools associated with either 2D or 3D interactive authoring as well
as experience working with one or all of the above domains. The proposed

provides opportunities for the successful candidate to integrate with
Culture Lab's growing interdisciplinary research community by
contributing to publication and dissemination activity as well as
developing his/ her individual research endeavours to secure funded
development perspectives.

The post is based in Culture Lab and is fixed term until 31
