INTIMATE TRANSACTIONS, The Transmute Collective, in Sydney
Back from touring Europe, the Transmute Collective presents a unique
interactive event across two sites - Intimate Transactions: Enter the
work in at Sydney's Performance Space, Redfern or Artspace,
Woolloomoloo. Use your body to navigate with sensors, sending soft
and hard signals in video, touch and sound. Explore and drift through
a sensory, private experience.
Finally, you can choose to meet another player. Each session lasts
up to 30 minutes per person.

ABOUT THE WORK
Intimate Transactions has toured to the Ars Electronica Festival in
Linz, Austria (Honorary Mention in the Prix Ars Electronica), the
Institute of Contemporary Arts, London, England, BIOS, Athens, Greece
and the National Review of Live Art, Glasgow, Scotland. It will next
be shown in the 2006 Brisbane Festival and in COCA, Cairns, Australia.
