POSTGRADUATE STUDY PROGRAMME ART, LANDSCAPE,
PLACE, ART AND THE PUBLIC SPACE (ALPes)
This program conjoins practice and reflexion in
the fields of public space intervention,
installation and sound installation. In
collaboration with other institutions, the
program proposes the students to interrogate
urban and suburbanscapes. Students develop their
practices in a confrontation with the city and
elaborate an experimental standpoint.
Duration: 4 semesters - Postgraduate studies
diploma - 8 international tutors. Number of
students in first year: 8 - Responsible
professors: Jean Stern and Pierre-Alain Zuber.
POSTGRADUATE STUDY PROGRAMME CRITICAL, CURATORIAL, CYBERMEDIA (CCC)
A unique education in history/theory of the arts,
critical and curatorial studies, electronic media
and cybercultures.
An international study programme developed by
visiting artists and academicians from all over
the world.
A programme dedicated to students, artists art historians and activists.
Duration: 4 semesters – Postgraduate studies
diploma – 5 international professors. Responsible
professors: Catherine Quéloz and Liliane Schneiter

POSTGRADUATE STUDY PROGRAMME IMMÉDIAT, ARTS AND MEDIA
Original joint course proposed by Geneva’s School
of Fine Arts, University of Visual Arts and
Geneva’s University of Design. At the crossroads
of each school’s specificities, it offers a vast
array of opportunities to intervene in the fields
of contemporary art, design and new media. The
main stake is to allow each student to develop an
original standpoint in the complex and vital
field of aesthetics and culture.
