Dear friends and colleagues, the first and 
'ancient' Russian annual festival of independent, 
avant-garde, and alternative video shorts in 
Kansk (Russia) has postponed the deadline for 
entries. New date for incoming works is 25th of 
July, 2006. Every September we refresh our 
media-future, tendencies and spirit incarnations. 
It is total art experiment, creative season 
practice for Russian and European artists and 
curators in the centre of Siberia.
