a prezentációt Johanne Richardson tartja*
A D Media (http://www.d-media.tk & http://www.dmedia.ro) egy kolozsvári, 
mu"vészekbo"l, elméleti szakemberekbo"l és média aktivistákból álló 
egyesület, amely az alternatív média és az információs technológiák 
nem-kereskedelmi használatát népszeru"síti. Eddigi projektjeik között 
szerepeltek konferenciák, tech workshopok, egy net.radio program és egy, 
kolozsvári tizenévesekkel közösen megvalósított video-dokumentumfilm 
sorozat.

Az Archive Group (Chicago) prezentációja Daniel Tuckerrel
Daniel Tucker elo"adást tart a csoporthoz köto"do" specifikus 
eseményekro"l és bemutat több folyamatban lévo" projektet. Az elo"adás 
kérdéseket vet fel a taktikai média határaival kapcsolatban, és 
javaslatokat tesz stratégiai alternatívok számára, hogy miként küzdjenek 
a normalizálás és a nyilvános teret érinto" megszorítások ellen.
Ezek a projektek az aktivista kulturális gyakorlat egy egyedülálló 
irányát képviselik, és mint ilyenek, számot tartanak mu"vészek, 
aktivisták és diákok érdeklo"désére egyaránt.

Az Ici meme francia csoportot 1993-ban alapították. A csoport különbözo" 
mu"vészeti mu"fajokban dolgozik a filmto"l a videón, performanszon, 
táncon át a hanggal foglalkozó, multimediális, építészeti és 
szociológiai kutatásokig. A mu"vészek különféle finom módokon próbálják 
aktivizálni közönségüket, pontosabban gondolataikat és érzékeiket.
Az Ici.meme számára minden város az inspiráció és az alkotás helye, a 
világ egy-egy mikrokozmosza. Minden város a nyilvános és személyes 
helyek labirintusa, tele hangokkal és érzékelésekkel, amelyet mindennapi 
életünkben egészként élünk meg így nem bontunk elemeire.

*D Media - presentation of the project and projection of 4 documentaries*

D Media (http://www.d-media.tk & http://www.dmedia.ro) is an association 
of artists, theorists and media activists from Cluj (Romania) promoting 
alternative media and the noncommercial use of information technologies. 
Projects have included conferences, tech workshops, a net.radio program 
and a series of video documentaries made in collaboration with teenagers 
from Cluj.

Producing Counter territories in Chicago
*Presentation by Daniel Tucker
Daniel Tucker presents a lecture of past projects featuring a 
documentary talks about a network of critical art projects and activism 
from Chicago. These projects range from large-scale political actions, 
spontaneous events, flexible collaborations, and temporary collectives. 
Questions around the limits of tactical media will be addressed, as well 
as proposals for strategic alternative's to combat normalization and 
constraints on public space. These projects represent a unique strain of 
activist cultural practice that should be of interest to artists, 
activists, and students alike. .

*In the framework of the Budapest Autumn Festival*
French group Ici-meme was formed in 1993. The group is using differing 
artistic genres from film, video, performance and dance to explorations 
in sound, multimedia, architecture and sociology. The artists try to 
activate audiences, namely their thoughts and senses in different subtle 
ways. They say that every city is a place of inspiration and creation 
for them; it is a real microcosm of the world. Every city is a labyrinth 
of public and intimate spaces, it is full of various sounds and 
perceptions, which we experience as a whole in our everyday life and 
therefore can't discern them anymore.
During last 3 months Ici-Meme has traveled in several European 
countries, setting up their working method into different contexts.
