The London Consortium / TATE studentships

The London Consortium MRes and PhD Programme in Humanities and
Cultural studies is pleased to announce new studentships as part of its
collaboration with Tate Modern and Tate Britain.

Applications are invited for the two London Consortium Tate
studentships, to cover the cost of course fees, from students wishing
to pursue research (for MRes or PhD) in either of the following areas:
Visual Arts in Britain; Phenomenology and Cultural Practice.

You will be expected to work with Tate Interpretation and Education
teams on conferences and other public events alongside your course of
study.

The London Consortium is a graduate programme unlike any other in the
world. It offers innovative, multi-disciplinary taught and research
programmes, combining the resources of four major cultural
institutions, and culminating in a degree from the University of
London.

We are recruiting now for October 2004 entrance.
The deadline for Studentship applications is Friday 9th July.
