[artinfo] [UNXposed] call for short films/videos

NavBar electronic theatre presentations and the Oakland International Film 
Festival

NavBar and OIFF have formed an alliance to exhibit Short Films and Digital 
works on the net as well as screening works in traditional theatres.

The current (traditional) OIFF call ends March 31st 2004.  For more

NavBar will screen choosen works during the OIFF in San Francisco Bay 
Area  theatres as well as on the net in continued programs through out the 
year.  We are interested in all types of work made by independent artists 
so please apply.
