Int. Festival for short film, video & new media

This is the last call for entry to the COURTisane festival for short film,
video & new media.

The deadline for entry is the 1st of March 2004 (postmark).

The COURTisane festival for short film video & new media, edition 3 will
take place from the 30th of April until the 2nd of May. The exhibition ‘How
Soon Is Now?’ will start the 29th of April and runs until the 13th of June.
‘How Soon Is Now?’ is an exhibition of new media and video installation,
curated by Dirk de Blauwe.

NEW at the festival are the audio-visual concerts in an underground parking
lot close to the festival centre, organised in collaboration with the
(K-raa-k)³ label.

In collaboration with a team of young architects we are working on the plans
of a temporarily cinema. Plans of the cinema will be on our (NEW) website
very soon. We can give away that the design of the space is build out of
recycling cubes, it looks really cool.

IMPORTANT!!!!!

Of course the most important part of the festival is our ‘classic’ program
of fiction and experimental films and video.

The festival is open to all short film, video and new media productions
under 30 minutes (exceptions in rules). For more details we suggest you to
check our website: www.courtisane.be

The COURTisane festival for short film video & new media is supported by the
Cultural department of the Flemish Community, The Province of East-Flanders
and the Cultural Department of the City of Ghent.
