Subject: EMARE - European Media Artists in Residence Exchange

The eigth European Media Artists in Residence Exchange will take place in 
Summer to Winter 2003 and Spring 2004.

Europe based Media Artists in the fields of digital media including 
internet and computer based art, filmmakers, sound and video artists are 
invited to apply for a two month residence based stipend at EMARE Partner 
Organizations in 2003:

Hull Time Based Arts, Kingston Upon Hull, England

V2_Organization, Rotterdam, Netherlands
Werkleitz Gesellschaft, Saxony-Anhalt, Germany

The artists participating will be provided with local accommodation, the 
use of the media technical resources of the regional Media Bases, as well 
as a financial supplement and the participation at the regional festivals 
or a separate presentation.

Entries should include a CV, (audiovisual) reference projects documentation 
and a proposal sketch for the project which should be developed within EMARE.

Artists with residence in or identity card for EU and associated countries 
are invited to participate, print out the application form and send it 
along with the materials to Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design 
until:
