THE CALL FOR ENTRIES
is open ONLY for SHORT VIDEOS
and also for MILTIMEDIA projects.
Proposals are free, without any limitation of country and professional=20
skills of participants.
Deadline: 1st July 2002

Participation rules
=9E Participation in the Festival is free.
=9E Every video sent to the Festival will be viewed by the Jury.
=9E Deadline for entries is 1st July 2002
=9E Only video (originally shoot on video) are accepted to participate=
=20
in the contest. Film materials may be used in the process of video=20
creation, but the completed work master-copy is to exist only on video.
=9E Video timing may not exceed 60 minutes.
=9E Video copies (to be sent to the contest) will not to be returned,=
=20
but will be kept in the Festival archive.
=9E Number of movies by the same author (sent to the contest) is not=
=20
limited.
=9E Videos only created in 1996 through 2002 are allowed to=
participate.
=9E Videos only with a detailed participation request attached are=20
allowed to participate.
=9E When sending a videos by post, a mark saying =ABNO COMMERCIAL=
VALUE.=20
FOR CULTURAL PURPOSES ONLY=BB is obligatory (excluding Russian=
participants).
=9E If the video is not supplied with Russian or English subtitles, an=
=20
attachment with English dialogs translation is obligatory.
