The distinguished Canadian artist, Michael Snow will talk about his work. '=
A
supremely cerebral artist', wrote Mason Klein, 'he has produced an oeuvre
marked by an almost philosophical examination of perception'. Snow works in
many media: painting, sculpture, video, film, photography, holography,
drawing, books and music. Over the last thirty years he has shown in major
galleries and museums and performed in concert halls in North America and
Europe. An exhibition of Snow's photo-based work, sculpture, film and video
installations opened at the Arnolfini Gallery in Bristol in September 2001.
