   PETER JASZI is a Professor of Law at the Washington College of Law
   of the American University, Washington, DC., where he directs the
   Glusko-Samuelson Intellectual Property Law Clinic and the Program on

   Intellectual Property and the Public Interest. He is a graduate of
Harvard
   College and Harvard Law School, and one of the co-authors of a
   standard textbook on U.S. Copyright law.

Sanford Levinson (University of Texas, Austin)

"Bush v. Gore - Six Months Later"

SANFORD LEVINSON is professor of law and government at the University
of Texas in Austin, Texas. Recently elected to the American Institute of
Arts and Sciences, he is the author of "Constitutional Faith" (1988) and
"Written in Responding to Imperfection: The Theory and Practice of
Constitutional Amendment" (1995), and the co-editor of "Processes of
Constitutional Decisionmaking" (4th ed. 2000); "Constitutional
Stupidities/Constitutional Tragedies" (1998); and "Legal Canons"
(2000).

"The Collective Management of Copyright in the Digital Age"

KRISZTINA. ROZGONYI is a specialist in the field of collective
management and copyright, having worked as a Legal Representative in
these fields for such organizations as the Association of Hungarian
Content-Providers, the Centre of Information Technology of the Budapest
University of Technology, the Hungart Society for Visual Artists and
MATAV Plc. Rozgonyi holds a degree in Law from Eotvos Lorand University,
Budapest.

International Law at the Florida State University College of Law, and
also Visiting Professor of Law at the University of California at
Berkeley School of Law. At CEU Professor Abbot teaches International
Technology Transfer.
